Our new strategy sets clear and ambitious priorities to guide our staff and volunteers, based on our deepening understanding of the causes of underdevelopment,poverty and injustice.

                 It also provides clear direction for organising and governing the growing JK DAG family and its relationships with the outside world. Equally importantly, it sets out how we will make ourselves more accountable, both to the general public and excluded people with whom we work and to our supporters and funders.

                 Our strategy tackles head-on the unacceptable truth that underdevelopment ,violence and backwardness remain deeply entrenched in many neglected parts of the India. With this we aim to bring a balance between the regions of more development and regions of less development which will result in filling up of the gap between the rich and the poor.

                 The implications for JK DAG are clear.If we are to fulfill our mission to explore human values and potential through perfect love which casts out fear from the face of the society,we must adapt to changing global realities, build on our successes and embrace change to improve our effectiveness and impact.


At JK DAG- we take advantage of our o6 years of knowledge and experience in fighting for social cause and effect. We apply the following principles to all our work:

                we work together with poor people, local partners and organisations in exploring the human values and potential among the society in general and particularly in the backward and weaker sections of the society.

we focus on fighting against the causes of underdevelopment,illiteracy,poverty etc., not just the results.

JK DAG works with General masses,weaker sections,poor and excluded people to help them to claim their rights; especially those that governments are responsible for providing, but in many cases fail to do so.

JK DAG works with partners and poor communities to build networks and alliances with other groups who share our views so that governments hear many voices demanding the same action.

Operations and management of the programmes in such a way to obtain the financial breakeven point and development of human resources during the show for future leadership.

Introducing the expertise and management skills in the organisation so as to reduce the costs viz HR,Adminstrative,Operations etc.
