Empowering Youth and Women through Skill Development for a Sustainable Future
India’s youth represent a significant demographic advantage, with over 60% of the population under 25. However, a major challenge lies in employability—only 10% of recent graduates possess the necessary skills to be employed, while 90% lack the required competencies. As India’s economy grows at a rate of 6-8%, the demand for skilled labor continues to rise. JK DAG is committed to bridging this gap through various skill development initiatives aimed at providing sustainable livelihoods.
